So I'm home from Falmouth, Cornwall. What a blissful 3 days it was. I've been home a few days now, having to catch up with crazy things. Such as, MY JAPANESE EXAM BEING TODAY. I'm pretty sure I failed quite a lot of it. I was just so angry with myself, plus laura kinda stood me up at lunch, so I sat like a Larry needing a hug from someone.
I'll keep this pretty short, since it's the last post you're gonna get till at least the middle of next week. So Busy. I am going to Paris in two days, doing some funkydory things really. Seeing a Shakespeare play, having a WWII talk, Going to the Cinema and visiting Musée d'Orsay...etc. I've never really felt connected to Paris, but hey it might actually be fantastic haha.
I do believe I'll be taking my Pentax SLR... I want to get at least 3 rolls of film done in those days. Then again, I want to keep a point&shoot on me too for lulz I guess. Man I haven't got my Pentax out in... aaaages. Mainly because I put a b/w film into it, then realised I couldn't get it developed for a few months without paying loads of money... So I'm gonna have to use up that film on something, and just wait till October where i'll be pleasantly surprised!
Back to Falmouth, I went to the Open Day. It was absolutely fantastic. They were extremely friendly, students & staff. It's a pretty new campus, with loads and looooads of newnew gear. I took a look at the halls of residence... Oh my God they're so cool. Like a proper hotel room, much larger than my room now. A big double bed, a desk... ensuite bathroom... just plain fantastic! The course looks really good, and i'm truly inspired. At least now I have something to work towards.
Anyway, I'm off now. More updates soon, as well slow leaking of photographs from Cornwall. x]
